sun.net.www.protocol.ftp.FtpURLConnection is hardcoded to HotJava looking for
the icons when displaying proxied ftp listing for browser. This is not good.
I'd like to specify where to look for icons using system's properties.
And if no properties are specified, it could return no images since the
browser is most likely to display broken icons all over.
