1. Create a list, checkbox (group), textfield component
   in an applet.
2. Use appletviewer to test the applet.
3. In any of the components, try use the arrow key to navigate
   or move cursors, works.
4. Press NumLock, make sure the light on the NumLock key is
   on (on the SPARCstation keyboard).
5. In the same components, try use arrow keys again. Doesn't
   work.
6. In the text field, instead of moving the cursor, inserts
   characters.
