JNI is broken on x86 Windoze machines.

JNI on Intel Windoze does not work. The OS version field does not reflect the
problem correctly because BugTraq is a piece of garbage and can't cope with
other operating systems.

Any one of the vm/jni JCK tests can demonstrate the problem.
