      Please try to open http://netplaza.biglobe.or.jp/ on HotJava1.0 FCS with
      Japanese AutoDetect. HotJava shows errors,

      line 1: I/O error

      This page starts with comment and the comment includes japanese characters,
      it may cause the problem.

      I attached the html files. 'test.html' causes AutoDetect does wrong conversion,
      the file is written in EUC but AutoDetect converts as SJIS.
