Unable to use JIT compiler on Windows NT (ja locale) to build JWS

      Platform : Windows NT 4.0
      JDK version: 1.1.1
      Set necessary variables and command nmake,
      While compiling JWSProperties.java, javac crashes.
      Attached file shows some debugger information shown by VC++4.2

      I gave command set JAVA_COMPILER=NONE
      and nmake
      Build process works fine
