If you run the code in the attachment under NT and do the following steps:
click on make big button (2nd button from left)
click on iconfiy button (1st button from left)
click on iconifed button to bring up
click on make little button (2nd button from left)
the Component, and for that matter the Frame, are not notified of the new change. You can see this by the numbers that are displayed in the window, when painted the component draws its current bounds, which when these steps are followed is now incorrect. If you resize the window again it will then be notified of the correct frame.
