1. Refer to the Sample Code in
    java.sun.com/products/jdk/1.1/docs/guide/awt/designspec/scrollpane.html
2. Change the PreferredSize of the DrawCanvas Component to (50000,300).
   Compile and run.
   Scroll the scrollpanel horizontally.
   After a certain limit ( around 32780 ) the color remains white instead of black.
3. Try with different values for width/height
