    Description

      Name: mc57594 Date: 06/11/97

When using the Calendar and TimeZone classes, java returns
Eastern Daylight Time dates with the default TimeZone, whereas
the Identifier for US/East-Indiana is IET, and Java is not
picking this up from the OS.

This occurs on Solaris and Irix ( not your port ).
