I am seeing some odd behavior in the decimal number formatting demo
in the Percent Format.

When I click on the Decimals/Min box, if I enter a number larger
than 13, I get some very odd results displayed in the "New number"
field.

For example, if the Java 1.0 number is -1234.56, and I enter 14
places, the New Number is displayed as:

-92,233.72036854775807%

For English (US), although the language doesn't seem to matter.

I am using Netscape Navigator 3.0 release under Windows NT 4.0 beta 2.
