Description:
Menu of swing set (JMENU) is "sticky" ... pull down menu then relocate or close the application window, the menu remains open at the old location

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch any swing demo (eg. Stylepad)
2) Pull down menu (eg."Edit") from menu bar
3) Move the application to other location or close the window
4) result: the open menu "Edit" stays out at the old location.
