JMenuItem always has a lightGray background color and cannot be overridden to SystemColor.controls.
JMenuItem default Glyph alignment should be LEFT. It is currently RIGHT.
A single JMenuItem cannot be added to two JMenus at the same time and the item only appears in the last JMenu it was added to.
