rmic fails if CLASSPATH variable is not set to "."

      rmic complains about not finding a the class to be rmic-ompiled
      if the environment variable CLASSPATH has not been set to ".".

      Moreover if the variable has not the proper value, at run-time,
      when trying to bind a remote object in a registry it can't
      find its stub.
