when we attempt to run javadoc on approx. 165 java
classes, even if we increase the resources as shown
in the example under the "-J" flag of the JDK's
javadoc documentation, the Allnames.html file
contains only the letter bar and there is no index.
No errors or warnings are generated concerning the
failure to produce an index. All other expected
files are generated successfully.
