This is a fix for keyboard focus problems that we see in quite a few old
1.0 applets (games mostly). A good example is
http://www.eyeone.no/araknoid/index.html (press "space" to start :-).
Or, if there is a story behind this code being commented out, maybe you
could suggest a better fix?..

Uncomment the code break many of Oracle lightweight components -
Even components that never want to take focus are now taking
the focus when clicked on. It is a regression bug for Oracle.
