Using JDK1.1.3A (/set/dist 8/7/97):

Attached is a test program that demonstrates a scrollpane being added
and removed from a panel. On Solaris a small scrollpane always flashes
in the upper left of the window. On Windows, the flash also occurs but
the scrollpane is not layed our correctly after the flash in about
half the cases. Use the button in the sample program to see behavior.
