Documenation does not match functionallity...

I have a need to deselect all Checkboxes in a
CheckboxGroup. Passing null to the
CheckboxGroup.setSelectedCheckbox method works,
but the JavaDoc for this method explicitly states
that passing null should result in this method
doing nothing. I think (and really hope) that
this is just a mistake in the documentation.
