When the european docs are added in on top of the C docs the references in
the european version of docs/index.html differ from the C version, most of the 'new' links are in the C pages to JRE Documentation which did not previously exist in jdk1.1.1 Documentation. This should be updated in respect to jdk1.1.1 Documentation in order for consistent viewing.

This bug is present because the euro version of the index.html file is from
jdk1.1.1, this bug will be fixed in the next european localisation project of JDK.
