with JA supplement, Network Access -> Unrestricted cannot be chosen

Start appletviewer and choose Properties from the menu.
Pick "Unrestricted" from the Network Access choice list.
Click "Apply". The choice changes back to "Local Host".

Unrestricted can be chosen with pure JDK 1.1 w/o JA supplement.
