joconner:
This bug has been found on Windows NT 4.0 Japanese. After installing multiple
keyboard layouts and switching among them, I couldn't enter kanji after reselecting the Japanese input locale. The can be reproduced using a simple TextField and multiple input locales. Steps to reproduce:
1. Install multiple input locales.
2. Run any simple java application with a TextField.
3. Switch input locale to English, French, or German (examples).
4. Switch back to Japanese.
5. Enter kanji. They appear correctly during composition, but don't get comitted to the TextField correctly.
