SignerInfo.verify() uses only encryption algorithm, not digest algorithm

      To verify that a signed digest matches data, SignerInfo.verify() should digest
      according to SignerInfo.digestAlgorithmId then encrypt according to SignerInfo.digestEncryptionAlgorithmId. It does only the latter.
