A dialog box has an icon, thus, it is able to be maximised and minimised.
This is incorrect behaviour for this class of Window object. Due to the
Dialog inheriting from the Window class not the Frame class, this misuse
also means that the icon in the dialog cannot be changed, even when
the *parent* frame's icon has been changed,

This bug was not in JDK 1.1 for Windows
