Solaris print job returns incorrect page dimensions.

    Description

      On Solaris PrintJob.getPageDimensions() returns the size of the physical page while Win32 returns the size of the printable area on the page. The Win32 behavior seems to be the correct behavior. The Solaris behavior makes it very difficult, if not impossible, to print things on a page and have them visible.
