I am told by the HotJava Browser developers that a bug where the
HJB bean tries to do something with the "doc:" protocol is really
a JDK problem and that when Netscape ports their browser to Java
it will have the same problem. The JDK classes should not do
anything special/undocumented with the hotjava specific "doc:"
protocol in the same way it does not do anything with the "garf:"
protocol (or any other arbitrary protocol name).
