When JInternalFrame is resized and/or moved as a result of setBounds() call
its title bar that contains minimize, maximize and close icons and a window
title is shorter than the window. To reproduce the bug:
1. Run HexViewer (source attached)
2. Create several internal frames (File/Open)
3. Execute Window/Tile Horizontally or Window/Tile Vertically
