jre wrapper does not preserve quoted parameters the way that java does

      The Solaris jre wrapper (bin/jre and jre/bin/jre) for both x86 as well as solaris (sparc) does not preserve quoted arguement strings the way that java does.
      As a result programs that work using java would fail when they convert over to using jre.
