Difference between JDK 1.1.4 and RJE 1.1.4

      There is a differences between JDK 1.1.4 and JRE 1.1.4.
      The behavior of validating a Date in JRE and JDK is not the same.
      With JRE all date in German Format dd.mm.yyyy are rejected, in the JDK
      environment this dates are accepted.
