There are two different Unicode values with the
same glyph: U+00B5 MICRO SIGN and U+03BC GREEK
SMALL LETTER MU. They show up in different places
in the Greek collation order. I understand why
this (one's a symbol and one's a letter), but one
of two things needs to change:
1) When you query µ for its character type,
you shouldn't get back "lowercase letter"; you
should get back some kind of symbol type.
or
2) The Greek collation rules should treat µ
and μ identically.
