I have discovered that when there is
insufficient space on C:, the installation fails even though
there is space available on the currently selected drive.
For example: The C drive does not have enough space.
the user installed the jdk115-win32.exe or jre115-win32.exe on
other drive (e.g. L or D drive = 1.0GB) the installer failed with the following error messages:
1) could not find enough disk space for extracting files
2) The decompression of %s failed. There may not be enough free disk space available in the TEMP directory.
Also, the installer did not create a TEMP folder in the current directory.
