getActionCommand() for registerKeyborardAction(...) triggered ActionEvt is null

The getActionCommand() for an ActionEvent resulting from a registered KeyStroke
action returns null. I think this is symptamatic of the fact that the KeyStroke
does not support association of a command string with it.
