Initialization of Frames is incomplete at startup.
Frame comes up blue and needs to be resized or moved in order to
complete initialization.
This only occurs on certain configurations of OpenWindows running
OLWM. Doesn't happen in all OLWM environments, and doesn't appear
to happen with any other window managers (twm, fvwm, mwm all ok.)
