In JDK1.1.5 the file jdk1.1.5/docs/guide/awt/demos/lightweight/index.html
contains three references for "Java AWT: Lightweight UI Framework",
"Component" and "Container" as -

This is looking for the files on local hard disk, the products directory
is not included in the base jdk install.
This is the same problem for the file
