java.awt.peer.ActiveEvent.dispatch n/a in 1.2W; this breaks binary compatibility of 1.2 with 1.1.x.

java.awt.peer.ActiveEvent was moved to another file for good reason, and I'm told javadoc comments say that java.awt.peer.ActiveEvent.dispatch() should not normally be used, but ... it is a public class.
