Under Openwin (not CDE), when windows are first created and shown they are drawn with the title bar and border but are filled with a light blue color. When the window is resized or min/max'ed the window is drawn correctly, until the window is closed and opened again. This occurs on Ultra 1's and SS5's running Openwin on Solaris 2.5.1 and 2.6.

A related issue is that the title bar is drawn with the title "no name" instead of the correct application name. This occurs under OpenWin under 2.5.1 but not on Openwin under 2.6. I've included both issues under one bug since they appeared at the same time and seem to be related.
