JTextComponent is missing the addTextListener interface that was
present in TextComponent. I understand how this functionality can
be gotten by using the Document interfaces, but that model can be
a bit heavy. Sometimes the simpler notification provided by the older
TextListener is all that is needed.

I think the TextListener interfaces should be added back to JTextComponent.
