References to BeanInfo in much of the desciptive material in the Draft Proposal need to be updated to CommandInfo. Also in some of the code comments, ergo, in the generated JavaDoc.

Also note: I've been marking up little errors (grammar spelling etc.) in my draft. Not worthy of a bug report, but when ever someone is going to update the text, you can have my marked up copy (Mike Halpin halpin@eng/###@###.###).
