      The following navigation, activation and selection keyboard bindings on JComboBox for proper operation and key binding sequences.

      JComboBox
      Navigate in - Tab
      Navigate out - Tab, Shift-Tab (reverses direction)
      Post menu - Alt+Down arrow
      Unpost menu - Esc
      Navigate within list - Arrow keys
      Select from list - Enter
      Cycle thru entries without posting menu - Up/Down Arrow Keys
