Install JRE 1.1.5 on Win98.
Note that it asks you whether to update to
Winsock 2.
This is wrong, as Win98 already has Winsock 2,
and if you say yes, it will fail, and install
will abort.
(This is as reported to me by Microsoft's
internal testers, who were testing my
shrinkwrapped app with Win98, and didn't know
or care that it used Java. I have not personally
verified the problem.)
