The jre 1.1.5 and prior, it does not contain rmiregistry.exe.
This is a necessary background process for many rmi applications.
We would like this fixed in JDK1.1.6. I have done everything but
the installshield part for Win32.
I talked to Benjamin Renaud today. He suggested that I file this P2
bug to ensure that the change gets into 1.1.6.
