JPopupMenu uses a light weight popup or an heavy weight popup as appropriate. To workaround an issue with windows in modal dialog on Solaris, we need to force the popup to be light weight when inside a dialog. Unfortunately, this creates a Z-order issue if the dialog contains some heavy weight components.
