      There are some JVM options that an activation group should be able to control. For example, it might want to use native rather than green threads on Solaris, or it might need to grow the maximum stack or heap size in order to allow its objects to execute without running out of memory. It's not really appropriate to force the same options on all activation groups. Although these options are vendor and platform specific, I think there needs to be some way to specify them in the activation group descriptor.

      The activation group should probably also be able to control which JVM gets used. For example, choosing a specific vendor's JVM, or running against a specific "dot dot" release.
