The host adapter implementation on Win32 sets highlight attributes in an
Annotation object. This is not correct.

The following has been reported by IBM Japan.

  Implementation of HostIMAdapter is different between Solaris and Windows

  InputMethodEvent.getText().getAttribute(
    InputMethodHighlight.INPUT_METHOD_HIGHLIGHT) returns
  InputMethodHighlight object on Solaris, while it returns Annotation object
  which contains InputMethodHighlight object on Windows. I think the
  implementation on Windows should be fixed.
