JDBC-ODBC-bridge should be clearly flagged as unsupported tool.

Customer complained about bug # 4085970:

 Synopsis: ODBC bridge hangs with DDE activity

The above bug report probably will never be investigated as the tool is
regarded as "unsupported".

Customers have not even the slightest suspicion that the tool is unsupported,
as it comes with the JDK classes bundeled and there is no appropriate hint in
the README or Release Notes.

Therefore in general, unsupported tools in JDK should be clearly flagged and
the recommended way to go (e.g. 3rd party providers) should be mentioned.
