Implemented the Serializable Interface in JDK 1.1. Therefore, the serial
form needs to be specified. The approach for specifying the Serializable
form via javadoc comments can be found at.

This is a P3 bug which means that in needs to be addressed for JDK 1.2 FCS.
However, since tests need to be written to enforce the Serializable form
for the JCK it would be appreciated if you could address this problem
long before FCS.
