SwingSet in Internet Explorer 4.0 allows menu interaction with modal dialogs up. This occurs on Windows NT sp3 with swing-1.0 from February 11 (promoted build).

Steps to Reproduce:
0) Launch SwingSet over the net with Internet Explorer.
1) Bring up the Color Chooser modal dialog.
2) Attempt to make a menu selection.
RESULT:
You can highlight things in the menus. You can also choose the Easter Egg from the Contributors menu and have it take effect. You can choose other tabbed panes. You can also bring up other dialogs.
