Almost kZoneStrings data of DateFormatZoneData are not correct.

Almost java/text/resources/DataFormatZoneData_*.java have
following same value of kZoneStrings.
{"Africa/Casablanca", "GMT", "GMT", "GMT", "GMT"} // To be filled in wit
h localized time zone names

Some locales have its own kZoneStrings data.
But almost locale data should be corrected.
