JDK1.1.6H often hangs while loading HJV help

        I tried to use JDK1.1.6H with HJV1.1.1 but JDK often hangs
        while loading HJV help. For example,

                - start Views
                - 'About Views' on welcome screen

        This simple operation causes HJV hangs.

I did not switch Views binary, only switched JDK. So I think
the problem exists in JDK.

        I verfied the problem happens in both C and Japanese locale and
        never happened with JDK1.1.5 and JDK1.1.4.
