Draw interactive test failed on jdk116j build.

How to reproduce:
1) download the current jdk116j build from
   http://webwork.eng/product/jdk/1.1/
2) Install the jdk116 onto your local PC system
3) setup the environment to point to the right location of the jdk116
4) execute the awt test from the JCK-114a and here is the test:

    DrawTests.java

5) Observe the result:
   A white window appears with all the radial buttons but there is no color
   specified for each button.
   Can not select each button to select the color and can not draw.
