This bug happens on win32 only with or without jit. I checked with i, j build, it has problem too.

test file is inside of JCK-114a/tests/vm/jni/NewObjectA/noba001/noba00101/noba00101.java

steps to repro:
go to the directory
-compile javac noba00101.java
-run the class : java javasoft.sqe.tests.vm.noba001.noba00101.noba00101
-result:
 you will get an alert complainning
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down..."
click detail button, you will get the following message:
