Running SimpleExample using JDK 1.2 build L and selecting a Look and
Feel that is NOT supported on my Solaris machine, yields a
"Stopped (tty output) ..." message on the command line. The application
hangs. This may have been fixed in a later build, because Solaris
Product Group's JDK does not have this problem.
