Try run SwingSet demo with the animation cursor(which is one of Windows feature)
enabled. Click buttons, tags or menmu, Ccursor region(square) will not be updated correctly.

Looks like previous image was captured by the cursor to mask the cursor image
and old image was used to update cursor region.

Problem can be observed on Japanse and English version of Win95.
WinNT has no problem.
Tested on two different Video frame buffer, so that there shoud be no Video
driver problem on Win95.(Both showed same problem.)
